Pak Goes Dark: Islamabad, Karachi, Balochistan, more cities face power cuts

Pakistani cities have been left in the dark for the past few hours following a major power breakdown. As per Pakistan’s Energy Ministry, the power cut occurred after the frequency of the national grid decreased. The Pakistan national grid went down at 7.34 AM today. Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Peshawar and all districts of Balochistan are among the cities facing the crisis. Pakistan’s energy minister has said that the work is on to restore the power and it will be back within the next 12 hours. Watch this video for more details.
