First time in the history of Anjuman e Imamia, an FIR has been launched against the President syed zamin raza

Govt. of Karnataka had directed the Karnataka State Board of waqf to set an inquiry against President of Anjuman e Imamia Richmond Town Bangalore, Syed Zamin Raza, for cheating the Govt. by misusing government funds. The Waqf Board conducted an inquiry and submitted the report by launching an FIR against Syed Zamin Raza for cheating (Section 420). He was found guilty of misusing government funds. Furthermore, another complaint against him, of leasing out Waqf property illegally, was given to the Waqf Board, after which the Board has issued an order of suspension of Syed Zamin Raza from the post of President of Anjuman immediately. First time in the history of Anjuman  e Imamia, an FIR has been launched against the President and the first time a President has been suspended for cheating.
